What if I don't know their finish time?
Leave it blank. Their name, finish time and bib number are each optional, and anything left out is simply not printed. Most races publish their results online, searchable by the runner's name.
Can you send it straight to them?
Yes. Choose their country in your bag and enter their address at checkout; the print goes straight to them.
How long does delivery take?
Every print is made to order. From order to doorstep: United Kingdom 3 to 6 business days; European Union 5 to 9 business days; United States & Canada 5 to 9 business days; Australia, NZ & Asia 7 to 12 business days; Rest of world 7 to 14 business days.
Does it come framed?
It can: choose a frame at A2, A3 or A4 and it arrives ready to hang. Solid wood, 2 cm face, shatterproof acrylic glazing, no mount. Arrives ready to hang. Otherwise prints ship unframed, in six standard sizes, so an off-the-shelf frame fits.
Can it be returned?
As it is made to their details, there are no change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within 14 days and we reprint it free.
What if their race isn't listed?
We hold verified course data for 656 races across 73 countries. Any of them can be drawn to order with the custom route print.
