Choosing a size
Six sizes, one paper. The stock is the same archival giclée at every scale, so this is a decision about the wall rather than about quality. A2 is the one most people choose.
| Size | Centimetres | Inches | Marathon | City map | Suits |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| A4 | 21×29.7cm | 8.3×11.7in | £34 | £29 | A desk, a shelf, or a gallery wall alongside other prints. |
| A3 | 29.7×42cm | 11.7×16.5in | £39 | £34 | A hallway or a narrow wall where the route reads at arm's length. |
| A2 | 42×59.4cm | 16.5×23.4in | £44 | £39 | The most popular. Large enough that street names and split markers stay legible. |
| A1 | 59.4×84.1cm | 23.4×33.1in | £64 | £59 | A statement above a bed or sofa. The full course with room to breathe. |
| 18"×24" | 45×61cm | 17.7×24.0in | £47 | £42 | The US equivalent of A2 — fits standard American frames. |
| 24"×36" | 61×91cm | 24.0×35.8in | £64 | £59 | The US statement size, matching standard 24×36 frames. |
Common questions
What size marathon print should I get?
- A2 (42×59.4cm / 16.5×23.4in) is the most popular and the one we recommend for a full marathon: it is large enough that street names and mile markers stay legible alongside your name and finish time. A3 suits a hallway; A1 is a statement piece.
Do you offer US paper sizes?
- Yes. Alongside A4 to A1 we print 18×24in and 24×36in, which fit standard American frames without a mount. Prices are the same as the nearest A-series size, and everything ships worldwide.
Are the prints framed?
- No — prints ship unframed and rolled or flat-packed depending on size. Every size we offer is a standard paper size, so off-the-shelf frames fit without a custom mount.
Does the size change the price?
- Yes, and it is the only thing that does. Paper is the same archival giclée fine art stock at every size, so you are choosing scale rather than quality.
