Returns

Short version: if there's any issue with print quality or your poster arrives damaged, we'll reprint and reship free of charge. No questions asked.

Custom-made products

Because every poster is custom-made to your specification, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. This is permitted under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(b)) for bespoke goods.

Damaged or defective posters

If your poster arrives damaged in transit or has a print quality defect, contact us at hello@urbanlines.co.uk within 14 days of receipt. Include photos of the damage or defect. We will reprint and reship your order at no cost.

Wrong specification delivered

If we print something different from what you ordered (wrong city, wrong size, etc.), we will reprint the correct version and ship it to you at no charge.

How to contact us

Email hello@urbanlines.co.uk with your order reference (found in your confirmation email), a description of the issue, and photos where relevant. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
