Urban Lines is a UK-based poster printing service. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

All posters are custom-made to your specification. Images shown are representative — your actual poster will be generated from live OpenStreetMap data and may differ slightly in road detail from illustrations.

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are displayed in GBP. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple/Google Pay. Payment is taken at the time of order.

As all posters are custom-made, they are exempt from standard 14-day cooling-off rights under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(b)). Once your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled. If you notice an error in your order, contact us immediately at hello@urbanlines.co.uk.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 2–7 additional days). We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.

If your poster arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos and we will reprint and reship at no charge.

Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL licence). Your custom text and configuration remain yours. Urban Lines retains rights in the rendering software and design templates.

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect losses.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
