Give a route print
Not sure which race, or what their finish time was? Give them a voucher. They choose the race and add their name, finish time and bib number when they're ready.
One print up to A2, in any palette. Delivery to the UK and EU is included, and it is valid for two years.
Using a voucher
Choose the race. Every ready-made print is on the marathon and half marathon pages. Any other route can be drawn in the custom route print.
Add your details. Your name, finish time and bib number, then a size up to A2 and a palette.
Enter the code in your bag. Put the one print in your bag, type the code into the voucher box and give a UK or EU address. Delivery is included.
Questions
What does a voucher cover?
One print at any size up to A2 (A4, A3 or A2), of any race on the site or a route drawn to order, in any palette, with the runner's name, finish time and bib number. The framed voucher covers the same print framed, or unframed if they prefer. A1 and the inch sizes are not covered.
Where can it be delivered?
To any address in the UK or the EU, and delivery is included. A voucher can't be used for delivery anywhere else yet.
How long is it valid?
Two years from the day it is bought. The date is on the email and on the card.
How does it arrive?
By email to you, straight after payment: the code, and a link to a card you can print and give them. Nothing is posted, so it can be bought on the day.
Can it be refunded?
An unused voucher can be refunded within 14 days of buying it: reply to the email it came with. Once it has been used, the print is made to their details and the returns policy for prints applies.
Can one voucher pay for more than one print?
No. A voucher covers one print and works once. For more than one print, buy a voucher for each.
